Margaret Elizabeth Villari (credited as Libby Villari) is an American actress who portrays Mayor Lucy Rodell on the Friday Night Lights television series.

Margaret was born Margaret Elizabeth Webb in North Carolina. Her parents names were Peggy Lee (nee Walters) and Roy Frank Webb. She grew up in California before her family moved to Texas. Margaret is an active performer in Texas and often times is cast in movies and tv series that are filmed in Texas. Margaret was married to Louis Villari in 1968 with whom she has one son named Lyn William Villari. She and Louis divorced in 1997. Margaret has been married to Matt Barnes since 1997 and they have no children together. Margaret also has two grandchildren.
