Mindy Collette-Riggins (portrayed by Stacey Oristano) is a recurring character in the television series, Friday Night Lights. Mindy is the oldest daughter of Angela Collette, and the older sister of Tyra Collette Mindy lives with her mother and sister for the first few seasons while working as a stripper at a local roadhouse, The Landing Strip.

Mindy marries Billy, and has their son Steven. When Becky Sproles comes to stay with them, Mindy is initially annoyed by her presence until seeing Becky's father and step-mother treating her badly. She then finds out she's pregnant again, and is initially unhappy since she will have to quit her job. At the end of the series, Mindy finds out that she's expecting twins. She also has a tearful goodbye with Becky when she goes back to live with her mother.
