Regina Howard is the mother of East Dillon star quarterback Vince Howard.
She is seen having a job and living with her son again.
The first time Regina is introduced, she seems to be high on some kind of drug and asks Coach Taylor to give her $20. Evidently, Regina has not been taking care of herself or her family, leaving the work to her son Vince.
Eventually, Regina decides to stop doing drugs and take a more active role in Vince's life. Vince is suspicious of Regina's commitment to staying clean at first but she wins his trust as time goes on.
